If you purchase an Enjoy More subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through its in-app purchase system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information, billing address, or Apple ID credentials. Apple may share limited transaction information with us, such as subscription status (active, expired, or cancelled), original purchase date, and transaction identifiers, solely for the purpose of providing you access to premium features.
For more information about how Apple handles your payment data, please review Apple's Privacy Policy.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including screens viewed, features used, content engaged with, search queries, time spent, and actions taken.
- Device Information: Device type, device model, operating system, OS version, screen resolution, unique device identifiers (e.g., Identifier for Vendor on iOS), app version, and mobile network information.
- Push Notification Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device push token to deliver notifications. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, error logs, crash reports, and other diagnostic data.

If we introduce sign-in through third-party providers (e.g., Google, Apple) in the future, we may receive information about you from those services. The information we receive would depend on the third party's policies and your privacy settings with them. We will update this Privacy Policy before introducing any new sign-in methods.

3.1 Content Recommendations
The Service uses an algorithm to personalize the content displayed in your feed. Our recommendation system prioritizes content based on your relationships (people you follow and who follow you) and engagement signals such as likes and comments. We do not sell your data or use your personal data to build advertising profiles. We do not display advertisements. Our recommendations are designed to strengthen genuine social connections rather than maximize time spent in the app. We may update our recommendation approach over time to improve your experience.
3.2 Content Moderation
To maintain a safe community, we review User Content using a combination of automated tools (including artificial intelligence), keyword filtering, and human review to detect violations of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. This may include:
- Text analysis: Automated scanning of text content (posts, comments, messages, reviews) for hate speech, harassment, spam, and other policy violations using third-party AI moderation services
- Image analysis: Automated scanning of uploaded images for sexually explicit content, violence, and other prohibited material using third-party AI moderation services
- Trust scoring: Internal scoring of account behavior to identify and limit spam, abuse, and coordinated inauthentic behavior (this score is not visible to users)
- Report review: Human review of content and accounts that are reported by other users or flagged by automated systems
Content moderation decisions may result in content removal, account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans as described in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We strive to apply our policies fairly and consistently.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Public Content: Your profile information, posts, Re-Mixes, Journals, reviews, and other content you choose to make public are visible to other users of the Service and may be indexed by search engines.
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers), analytics, email delivery, content moderation (e.g., AI moderation services), and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to perform their services and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
- Content Moderation Partners: Text and image content may be processed by third-party AI services for the purpose of detecting policy violations. This processing is governed by data processing agreements that restrict the use and retention of your content.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of House June LLC, our users, or the public, or to detect or prevent fraud, security issues, or illegal activity.
- Child Safety Reports: If we become aware of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the Service, we are legally required to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and may share relevant account information with law enforcement.
- Business Transfers: If House June LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent in-app notice of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

After the thirty (30) day period, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information, including your profile, User Content, and associated data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., maintaining records of financial transactions, resolving active disputes, complying with legal holds, or retaining records related to content moderation actions for safety purposes).

- Push Notification Services: We use Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to deliver push notifications to your device. Your device token is stored securely and used solely for notification delivery.
7.1 App Tracking Transparency
Enjoy does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not participate in advertising networks or share your data for cross-app tracking purposes. Because we do not engage in tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we do not request tracking permission.
