Enjoy — by House June LLC

Last Updated: March 31, 2026

Effective Date: March 31, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Enjoy (the "Service"), operated by House June LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and House June LLC. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements stated above. If we learn that a User is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data immediately in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create an account using false or misleading information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself without their permission. You may not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions, circumvent restrictions, or manipulate the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

4. The Service

Enjoy is a social platform for cultural enthusiasts to discover, discuss, review, and curate content related to books, movies, TV shows, music, and other cultural media. The Service includes features such as:

  • Posts — share your thoughts, reviews, images, and more with the community
  • Re-Mixes — reposts of other users' posts to share with your followers
  • Journals — curated collections of media organized by theme, mood, or personal taste
  • Reviews and ratings — share your opinions on books, movies, TV shows, music, and more
  • Direct messages and group chats — connect with other cultural enthusiasts
  • Media tracking — keep track of what you've read, watched, and listened to

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

"User Content" means any text, images, links, audio, video, reviews, posts, Re-Mixes, Journals, comments, messages, and any other content you create, upload, post, or share through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content on the Service, you grant House June LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license survives termination of your account solely to the extent necessary to wind down display of previously shared content (e.g., cached copies, Re-Mixes by other users).

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Your User Content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

5.2 Content Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without notice. We use a combination of automated tools (including artificial intelligence) and human review to detect and remove content that violates our Terms or Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for any User Content posted by users of the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or abuse any other user
  • Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit
  • Post, share, or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors — this will result in an immediate and permanent ban, preservation of content for law enforcement, and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
  • Spam, solicit, or advertise without our prior written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the Service without permission
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Circumvent any measures we use to restrict access to the Service, including evading bans or suspensions by creating new accounts
  • Share anyone's personal information without their explicit consent (doxxing)
  • Post credible threats of violence against any individual or group
  • Engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, its users, or House June LLC

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bad actors, malicious behavior, and conduct that undermines the joy and safety of our community. See Section 16 (Enforcement) for details on our tiered enforcement system.

7. Blocking and Reporting

7.1 Blocking

You may block other users at any time, including from within direct messages and group chats. Blocking a user will hide their content from your feed and comments. We may expand blocking protections over time.

7.2 Reporting

You may report content or users that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines using the in-app reporting tools. Reports may be submitted for the following reasons: sexually explicit content, violence or graphic content, harassment or bullying, hate speech, spam, misinformation, AI-generated content, or other violations.

We review all reports and aim to take appropriate action within seven (7) business days. We do not disclose the identity of reporters. Abuse of the reporting system to target users you simply disagree with is itself a violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all other intellectual property (excluding User Content), is owned by House June LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8.2 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that Feedback in any manner without obligation or compensation to you.

9. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice to our designated copyright agent at:

Email: legal@housejune.com

Your notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The location on the Service where the infringing material is located
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

10. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payments

10.1 Free Access and Subscription

Enjoy offers both free and paid features. When available, certain premium features of the Service will require a paid subscription ("Enjoy More"). The specific features available to free users and Enjoy More subscribers may change over time. We will notify users in advance when paid subscriptions become available.

10.2 Free Trial

When Enjoy More subscriptions become available, new users may be eligible for a twenty-one (21) day free trial. The free trial provides full access to all premium features for the trial duration. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

10.3 Subscription Pricing and Billing

When available, Enjoy More will be offered at $1.99 per month (USD). Payment will be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system ("Apple IAP").

By subscribing to Enjoy More, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of $1.99 per month
  • You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region based on Apple's currency conversion

10.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. House June LLC does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

10.5 Grandfathered Users

Certain early users of the Service, including users who migrated from our predecessor platform, may have been granted complimentary access to premium features. We reserve the right to modify or revoke grandfathered access at any time with reasonable notice.

10.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

11. Third-Party Content, Services, and Media Data

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that we do not own or control. Media information displayed on the Service (such as book covers, album artwork, movie posters, descriptions, and metadata) is sourced from third-party providers and databases. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies. Any purchases or transactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Service, including media information sourced from third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOUSE JUNE LLC, ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any content posted on the Service by you or any other user
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Any content moderation decisions, including removal of your content or enforcement actions taken against your account
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House June LLC, its owner, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at legal@housejune.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and House June LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND HOUSE JUNE LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

15.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

16. Enforcement and Moderation

We employ a tiered enforcement system to protect our community. The specific action taken depends on the severity and nature of the violation:

Tier 1 — Immediate Permanent Ban (No Appeal)

The following violations result in an immediate and permanent ban with no opportunity for appeal:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual exploitation of minors
  • Credible threats of violence
  • Sharing of personal information without consent (doxxing)
  • Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
  • Pornography or sexually explicit content

Content associated with Tier 1 violations may be preserved and reported to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.

Tier 2 — Suspension (One Appeal Allowed)

The following violations result in content removal and a fourteen (14) day account suspension:

  • Hate speech or bigotry
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Spam or coordinated manipulation
  • Impersonation
  • Non-consensual intimate images

A second Tier 2 offense results in an automatic permanent ban. Users may submit one appeal within forty-eight (48) hours of a Tier 2 suspension for manual review.

Tier 3 — Warning

Edge-case violations, poor taste, or accidental rule-breaking may result in:

  • Content removal or hiding
  • A private warning notification
  • Three (3) Tier 3 warnings within a rolling thirty (30) day period automatically escalate to a Tier 2 suspension

New Account Probation

New accounts are subject to a fourteen (14) day probation period with reduced posting limits and enhanced content review to protect the community from spam and abuse.

General Enforcement Rights

House June LLC reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to remove any user, delete any content, or take any other action necessary to protect the community, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or obligation to explain. Enforcement decisions (except as noted for Tier 2 appeals) are made at our sole discretion and are final.

17. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings within the Service. Upon requesting account deletion:

  • Your account enters a thirty (30) day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion by logging back in
  • During the grace period, your profile and content remain but may be hidden from other users
  • After the thirty (30) day period, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data, including your profile, posts, Re-Mixes, Journals, reviews, comments, messages, and other User Content
  • Certain records may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records, legal holds, active dispute records)
  • If you have an active Enjoy More subscription, account deletion does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID Account Settings to avoid continued billing

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and House June LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
